Orders are shipped from many facilities, in order to facilitate the shipment.

Delivery Timeframes

  • European Union: 2–5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2–10 business days

Delivery times are indicative only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • No free shipping threshold applies.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: Investigated in collaboration with the carrier partner.
  • Incorrect Address: Maison El Nabil is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns Policy

Returns Acceptance

Returns are not automatically accepted.
Returns are only considered in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The product received is incorrect

All return requests must be validated in writing by Maison El Nabil customer service before any return is sent. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return Window

Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Product Condition

Returned items must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes are strictly non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

5. Refunds

  • Gift cards

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect item.

Depending on the situation and customer preference, a replacement or refund may be offered at the discretion of Maison El Nabil.

8. Final Decision

In all cases, the final decision regarding delivery claims, returns, replacements, or refunds rests solely with Maison El Nabil.
